By using CIRCØ at circ0.com (the “service”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
CIRCØ is provided as a browser-based tool to read EPUB books, PDFs, comic archives, or watch local videos with interactive subtitles, featuring translation and text-to-speech capabilities. The service is entirely client-side, runs in the browser, and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice or compensation.
You are solely responsible for all files you open or load in the service (including books, documents, comics, video files, audio, and subtitle tracks). You must possess the legal right and necessary licenses to use that material. The developers and operators do not host, store, stream, or distribute any of your media or files, and do not verify the copyright status of files loaded locally. You must not use this service to infringe upon intellectual property rights, copy protected works, or process unlawful content.
The service relies on external translation APIs, content delivery networks (CDNs), and third-party analytics. Your use of these features is subject to the availability, policies, and terms of those external providers.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. All translations, text-to-speech outputs, subtitle extractions, and optical character recognition (OCR) results are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developers and operators of CIRCØ will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, device/browser crashes, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the service.
These terms may be updated. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The “Last updated” date will reflect revisions.
These terms are a general template for users of the service and are not a substitute for legal advice.
